“Three S Home – Ping An Community Construction Project” refers to the creation of safety through project-based operation (sa<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<a<aKomiksfe), smart (smart), and shared (share) communities. This project is the main project of the Humen Safety Construction Promotion Association in 2019. It successfully applied for the Dongguan Municipal Political and Legal Affairs Committee’s Ping An Culture Co-construction Project, and obtained a special project fund of 150,000 yuan. Previous surveys showed that the total population of Jiangmen Community in Humen Daning Community was 3,900, local residents, and 3,500 outsiders. It was built by itself. 40 houses and 158 rental houses, it is a community with concentrated rental houses and foreign personnel living in groups. Theft incidents occur frequently in the community, and there are fire safety hazards, residents are not integrated, and the awareness of co-governance is weak. The mini program includes six major functions: “Activity Zone, User Guide, News and Information, Convenient Services, Points Mall, and Safety Interaction”. Ping An Station Shared Community Service

In response to the needs of residents in Jiangmen Community, the station integrates resources from administrative departments, social organizations, and communities to provide information consultation, legal aid, dispute mediation, psychological counseling, emotional support, mini program points redemption and other services to the general public, and regularly organizes prevention education, safety inspections, cultural, sports and entertainment activities. Currently, social workers are stationed in Babaylan Station to carry out summer camps to enrich residents’ community life. Li Hanrong, deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, believes that the construction of Ping An community is a small microcosm of social governance. We look forward to the real extension of management services to the grassroots level through this microcosm pilot work and benefiting the safety results to the grassroots level. We also hope that the Ping An community construction project can learn from the successful experience of previous projects and explore a more innovative, targeted and operational new type of Ping An culture publicity and community innovation governance path.

After the project is implemented, it will continue to follow the concepts of safety, smart and sharing, expand the patrol team of security messengers, carry out safety theme propaganda, smart network inspections and entertainment activities, truly mobilize residents to participate in safety construction, and create a social governance pattern of co-construction, co-governance and sharing.
